These terms apply to all purchases made through this online store by consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
The product presentation in the store is not a binding offer. Your order is a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order, for example if the product is unavailable. In that case any payment is refunded in full.
All prices are in EUR. The seller is not a VAT payer; no VAT is charged. Shipping is free to all countries we deliver to. Payment is made at checkout using the methods offered. The order is processed after payment is received.
We deliver to the countries listed in our FAQ. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times per country are listed in the FAQ. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Details, conditions and the process are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
You have statutory warranty rights for defects for 24 months from delivery. To file a complaint, email us with your order number, a description of the defect and a photo. We will handle the complaint within 30 days. Items damaged on arrival are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may contact us to request a remedy. If we reject your request or do not respond within 30 days, you may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk) or another competent ADR body.

These terms are governed by Slovak law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
